His roots are in designing and developing ERP Systems, went on to Automated Warehousing and landed in Direct Selling to bring it all together. As an architect for system providers over the years, Dave appreciates and understands the need for software to span the spectrum of Startup to Multi-national Fortune 500 and beyond. He has eighteen years specifically creating technology solutions for Direct Selling.  In addition to the responsibilities of ownership, he sets technology direction for Thatcher’s product suite, Prowess™, and advancing new technology ventures. Thatcher is fueled by the passion to contribute to the success of direct seller organizations through the development of relationships with our clients and partners and implementation and use of our products.
