We recently returned from the DSA (Direct Selling Association) annual meeting where participating companies celebrated 100 years as an association. Our esteemed friends Grimes & Reese received the DSA Partnership Award, recognizing their contributions to MLM startups as lawyers, as well as for their legal services provided to established MLM and Home Party Plan companies.
They are in good company. In 2009, ServiceQuest received the DSA Partnership award, recognizing its work in distributor service, operations and retention. And previously, LaunchSmart affiliate Dan Jensen received the DSA Partnership Award for his work with MLM compensation plans and Home Party compensation plans.
This group has naturally found its rhythm because each holds the same vision for its clients, and working together we have found that we are saving clients time, money and a great deal of aggravation. Collectively, we have more than 100 years of experience in guiding MLM startups and home party plan businesses through the steps of planning for launch, navigating important MLM and Party Plan legal issues, creating powerful compensation plans based on time-honored principles of MLM success and party plan growth.
And we owe a great deal to the DSA for its vision and purpose. Behind the scenes, this national association is working closely with agencies and governments at the state and federal levels to preserve the strength of direct selling. It brings us together regularly to share our expertise, to network as professionals, and to open doors for those who seek alignment with experienced mentors. The DSA has created an environment of open communications, fostering sharing and mentoring that goes beyond what an MLM startup can purchase for money.
Congratulations DSA on 100 years. We look forward to the next 100 years, and we encourage MLM startups as well as Party Plan startups to consider joining the DSA. www.dsa.org.
